Tuban is one of Banjar settlement group of higher local government of Desa Kuta, located at the South and the closest to the airport. The area of Tuban includes the span from airport northward up to Jalan Bakung Sari or near Kuta Mall. The main street of Tuban are 3 roads, those are jalan Kartika Plaza, west Tuban, Jalan Raya Tuban in central Tuban, and Jalan Ngurah Rai, east Tuban. These 3 roads leading from south to north area, passing Tuban area. The most crowded street is Jalan Kartika Plaza where Tuban hotels, Tuban restaurants, and other Tuban tourism facilities are exist. Hotels in Tuban having private beach until now, but many hotels do not have beach as can be read from location description of hotels in Tuban. Popular Tuban hotels are located on west and central Tuban area. There are various hotels from simple Tuban hotels, middle class Tuban hotels, and deluxe Tuban hotels such as Kartika Plaza Beach hotel, Bintang Bali Hotel, and Patra Jasa Hotel. Medium class Tuban hotels are plenty such as popular Bali Garden hotel, Bali Rani hotel, Palm Beach Hotel, and Rama Beach Hotel. Tuban hotels are located the closest to international airport Ngurah Rai. Patra Jasa Hotel for example is located to close, and everyone can hear the noise of takes off and landing plane, although if one is in the room the noise is not as strong as if outside in the open air, at other Tuban hotels this noise is not heard. One advantage to stay in Tuban hotels is that it is only 2 kms from airport and having easier access to and from other parts of Bali, also most of Tuban hotels are within the walking distance to the famous white beach of Kuta. While center Tuban are mostly shops both for local and foreign needs, and east Tuban, known as Jalan Ngurah Rai was at the beginning expected as a bypass or artery from Tuban - Denpasar to Nusa Dua area.
